Robin Millichap, ASP, IAHSP, Owner Home Staging Advantage, LLC

Robin is passionate about working with Realtors and homeowners to change the way real estate is marketed and sold.  Home Staging works!  It’s a creative process that delivers tangible results and benefits both sellers and buyers. 

Robin’s degree in Marketing/Advertising from the University of Massachusetts, give her the essential elements needed to present homes for sale.  She owned a successful design and painting business for over 10 years.  Her love of color and design combined with years of retail experience give her the professional insight needed to stage homes.  Robin holds the ASP (Accredited Staging Professional) designation and certification through Barb Schwarz, the creator of home staging and StagedHomes.com.  

Robin believes in community involvement and is a member of Caritas, charity through creative compassion.  She is also affiliated with Suburban West Realtor Association, Women's Referral Network, and Delaware Valley Regions Business Networking International (BNI).

Robin lives in West Chester with her husband Tom, 5 children, Katie, Kelly, Tyler, Brent, Jessy and a black Lab, Sophie.
